I am having a ruffle issues as well. For a while I bought every jcrew ruffle tshirt that was on final sale. Not good!
I just got the skirt in picture #4 for $19 – LOFT is having a crazy sale right now! There are $14 pencil skirts and $9 gladiator sandals and $15 dresses that were $49 last week. If you like their stuff, you should head over there!
