Here in Texas its already swelteringly hot, so that means SKIRTS and shorts. I love me a skirt. I actually have #1 in white with orange embroidery and I have to say it’s one of my favorite skirts. I throw on an orange t-shirt and flip flops and bam I’m dressed! So when I saw this color combo, I immediately started salivating. Please tell me, what is your favorite skirt lately? And what are you wearing with it?

I stopped wearing shorts when I was 28….which was a long time ago, LOL! I love a skirt or a sundress. My favorite right now is a linen blend one from Old Navy that has pockets on the front. I love #6. It gets so hot here that I don’t like a straight, pencil skirt. I need flowy and cool….preferably with an elastic or tie waist!

I really don’t wear shorts so skirts and sundresses are my summer uniform in the Chico heat! Spring has barely made and appearance, though, so I’m just no redisovering old faves from the back of my closet: a couple of Anthro finds and an orange and green print cotton number from Lulu’s (I know – orange and green: shocker!) are dying to see the light of day. Like Tina I prefer an A-line and pockets are a bonus!
@Tina, @Christen I’ve been all about the jcrew bermuda shorts so far…we are in the mid 90s here already and sky high humidity. But I do love me a skirt.. Both of yalls skirts sound phenom to me. Especially that green and orange one 🙂
