A couple of weeks ago we did a post about our fav drink and that provoked some response from the readers on their favorites. Well a lovely little lady turned me on to the Vodka Gimlet. LOVE Em’
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 oz. Lime Juice
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
I’m not sure if it had to do with the amount of gimlets i consumed, but by the end of the night I was yelling and laughing GIMLET GRAVY repeatedly. That might just be a side effect of the drink. 🙂
My mouth is watering. Love them ice cold and straight up. Of course…straight vodka and the acid of the lime…not a great combo as far as how you feel the next morning…but a good greasy cheeseburger seems to help 🙂
