Etsy Spotlight: Dreams and Jewelry

I stumbled across the Dreams and Jewelry store on Etsy when I was looking for jewelry to highlight on the blog, and I fell in love with almost everything in this store. The jewelry is designed by Andrea Bonelli, and she specializes in natural and eco-friendly jewelry, which I think we can all get behind!

Post it Up

I use post it notes on a daily basis for everything from phone messages, to work notes, to honey-do lists, and since I’m running low on my plain white post it’s, I ran across these cuties on my hunt for something sassier!

  1. Etsy, London Eye Ice Cream Poloraoid
  2. Etsy, Band Memo Post-it
  3. Etsy, Egg Toast Memo Post-It
  4. Pretty Impress, Watermelon Shape Memo Scratch Pad

Pretty Things at Every Price: Rings

Everyone needs a good chunky ring to add a little something extra to an outfit, and here are a few we all wouldn’t mind adding to ours!

  1. Melis, Ancient Cluster Ring: I would totally wear this ring because a) it would go with so many different outfits b) it’s not huge so it wouldn’t be in my way and c) its totally in my price range at under $5!
  2. Court, Atomium Ring: I love a huge ass funky ring.  This ring is totally me.  Love it, would wear this with a solid tee, some jeans and chucks.  LOVE.
  3. AK, Gold Plated Pink Quartz and Turquoise Ring: LOVE how chunky this ring is and there’s something about the combo of gold and turquoise that makes it sorta dressy.  I would definitely wear this on a night out on the town. Or sushi, whichever.
  4. Sarah, Cosmic Stack: This looks like such a nice/unique ring that you could actually wear on a daily basis! I like wearing chunkier and more interesting rings on my right hand and this would fit perfectly into my rotation…plus, LOVING the look of the copper!

Pretty Things at Every Price: Necklaces

I think we all can appreciate a good piece of neck candy every now and then. Sometimes it’s enough to take a plain old tee from drab to fab! Here are some terrific tipsy girl selections that are sure to fit any budget with the varying price points.

  1. Der: This seems like a very simple (and inexpensive), yet interesting necklace that is neutral enough that I would get tons of mileage out of it.
  2. Court: So necklaces are something of a love/hate thing with me.  Love the look, hate the feeling I am being choked?  BUT, I do try to make an attempt to integrate them more and more, because I know how well they can spruce up an outfit.  I love color and anything floral.  This little locket speaks to me in some many different ways.  TOO CUTE.
  3. AK: I am almost always drawn to bright and colorful necklaces and/or statement necklaces. Obvs I love the turquoise in this in addition to its ability to be dressed up or down.  I’m actually physically restraining myself from buying this necklace as you read this.
  4. Sarah: You can never go wrong with a pearl necklace. I love the layered look of this and the flower adds just a touch of something extra…I could see myself wearing this necklace to dress up a tee or a button-down shirt in the fall!

Noggin Nuzzlers

My winter baby won’t have to worry about his little noggin getting a chill, thanks to his momma’s obsession with baby hats. How can you not fall in love with these?

Pretty Things at Every Price: Bracelets

Last week was earrings, and this week is bracelets…looks like there’s something for everyone’s taste and budget!

  1. Der: Metal Gem Cuff, I love the distressed bronze color of this bracelet and it’s a statement piece that you can add to a simple outfit for more flair for only $4.00!
  2. Court: Retro Chartreuse Bangle, Love love the resin retro look to this one. I also think that color yellow is a great accent to almost any outfit.
  3. AK: Turquoise Howlite Cross, I’m pretty sure everything I’m going to pick in regards to jewelry is going to have turquoise in it.  I would totally add this bracelet for my pop of color in an otherwise basic black top and jeans outfit.
  4. Sarah: Silver and Leather Wrap Bracelet, This is a really cute and simple bracelet that I could see myself wearing on a daily basis…something perfect and a little edgy for fall!

Lighten Your Load

Over the weekend I attended a local craft show and picked up a little something that I think all new moms should consider. I haven’t even lifted my carseat carrier with an infant inside and it already hurts my arm. Enter Carseat Carrier Cushions! They have an array of different fabrics and colors on Etsy and these would make a totally rad shower gift too!

  1. Der: Lacquered Crescent Earrings, There is a contestant on Project Runway that has been sporting some earrings almost identical to these and I’m crushing on them HARD.
  2. AK: Organic Oval-Blue Turquoise, I tend to be drawn towards earrings that are bold and have turquoise in them…so these are right up my alley!
  3. Sarah: Crystal Pebble Earrings, Sometimes you just need some studs right!?! I LOVE the simple elegance of these earrings, and I actually have a few weddings in the near future and these would certainly jazz up my ensembles!
  4. Court: Matte Drop Leaf Earring, Shaped like leaves.  Love anything nature related especially earrings. Love that they are drop/dangles (whateverthehellyoucallthestyle) cause those always tend to be pieces you can wear with anything.
