Hump Day Happy Hour: White Christmas Punch

It’s that time to start getting fancy with our cocktails (somewhat)!
Now I know lots of people CRINGE when they hear eggnog (I personally love it). White Christmas Punch is a really nice alternative to mix up for guests who are not extremely fond of just straight Eggnog.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz eggnog
- 1/2 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz Southern Comfort
- edible gold flakes or chocolate flakes for garnish
Prep:
- Build the ingredients in to snifter glass and stir lightly.
- Sprinkle gold or chocolate flakes on top.
You can make this on a much larger scale by pouring larger quantities (be generous with the Southern Comfort!) into a large punch bowl.

Sweater Dresses

Last week Der showed us a great way to tighten up our look. So, I went on the hunt for one of those basic sweater dresses. I bought a few and I need to warn you–one of them looked like I was wearing a body sock–so you may want to be a little smarter than me and try them on in the store.

While the trend of carrying large hobos, totes, and shoulder bags increased, I started on my never ending journey of looking for tiny purses. Just something about them is cute and very much me.
