I love hand bags. I probably have almost as many bags as I do shoes, and thats saying something. But regardless of how many I own, I will never stop wanting another. Here are a few I have my eye right now…
It is officially spring and that means 80 degree weather or higher from here on out in Texas. And that means sunglasses are a must have accessory every day. I have a bad history with sunglasses. I break them or lose them about once a week. I have to limit myself to no more than $10 on a pair so I’m not wasting all my money on those things. Enter Forever 21. They have tons of cute sunglasses and they are all around $5! Perfect if you have the same problem I have holding on to a pair. Here are a few of my favs right now…
Somehow while I was a beached whale of a pregger on my couch, Court coined a new term: Derlounge. It was basically a lot of what I did at the end of my pregnancy… derlounge around the house. We still use that term on a daily basis in our conversations. I thought of that verb when I contemplated buying this skirt in all colors because I could totally see myself derlounging in it all summer long.
We all know St. Patrick’s Day is coming up later this week. And if you didn’t, now you do. I thought I would give you ladies a few options to wear so you don’t get pinched while out enjoying a green beer (or two…or three..) Slainte!!
In all my interwebs scouring, I have run across this striped blazer several times and each time I think I NEED it. Too bad it’s not in stores or I would already OWN it. I’m thinking it’s time I bite the bullet and ORDER it.

A cowl neckline is somewhat of a classic that’s been around for ages, but it seems to be stepping it up to center stage because I’m spotting a cowl every which way I look. I’m a fan and being universally flattering and feminine, you should be too. Although I am not ashamed to admit that as a child when my mother said cowl neck sweater I totally thought she said cow neck sweater. I never wanted a cow neck, so I wouldn’t dare wear whatever the hell she was talking about. I’ve learned me a few things since then.
I’m never one to wish for hot weather. I love the cooler temp on most occasions, but this mild winter we have had in Houston this year is making me think JUST GET ON WITH SPRING ALREADY. Enough with the teasers.

You can ask anyone who sees me or my wardrobe on a regular basis and they will know that I gravitate towards the blousy type of top. I am not sure why, but I really do dig the look. I like it even when it’s not the cool thing to do. Anyway, I am in luck because peasant blouses are back in a big way with the 70s vibe for spring 2011. Check out all these cuties on my wishlist. GOOOOOD thing someone has a birthday coming up here shortly because #2 and #6 are really calling my name.
