I’m a sucker for stripes on my babies. When I saw this line of baby clothes at Target, I just about keeled over from the cuteness.

You know how generally you are classified as either an apple or a pear in terms of your body shape? I tend to lean more towards a pear but with the boobs too, so I definitely consider myself curvy. And when you are curvy you definitely have problems finding shorts/pants/jeans that don’t gape open in the waist when they actually fit in the butt.
I was strolling through Target the other day and bought three pairs of these shorts (they come in several different colors but only seem to offer the light khaki color on the website) without trying them on because I was just too damn lazy to. I figured I could return them if they didn’t fit when I put them on at home. So I get home and tried them on later that night and hoooo boy did I hit the jackpot on fit! These are a curvy girl’s dream in fit and a great everyday pair of shorts.

I spotted a dress almost identical to this at my JCrew outlet for 3 times this price and wanted it so badly… and then the bargain Gods brought me this cute little number. What a great summer dress or swim suit cover up for the beach!
Although my son isn’t sleeping in his room yet, I have noticed that it is pitch black in there at night. So I went on the hunt for an adorable nightlight over the weekend and came across these cuties at my local Target:
