Sweater Showdown

I found the sweater on the right at Target. I mentally made a note to check that out when I made my routine trip to Target. THEN…THEN I saw this sweater on the left on the Langston’s site and I was all OMG!  More color options and $15 cheaper! Whaaaa!  You can definitely guess which one I went with and I can totally see myself rocking it with a long sleeve tee and jeans.

The Many CMA Looks of CU

I typically always watch award shows. Not so much for the awards, but more for the “whose wearing what” factor. The CMA’s have become one of my favorite shows because a) I love country music and b) I love it when Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley host it! Carrie Underwood goes through a bagillion dress changes throughout the show, and I have to say, she looked fabulous!!!! Here are her many looks of the 2010 CMA’s:

Fabulous Footwear Friday

Bring on the Sparkle!! These are exactly what I need to ring in the holiday season!  I own a pair in gold sparkles and I can’t tell you how awesome it makes you feel wearing glitter on your feet.  Now with the new intro of the pink glitter, its the perfect blend of all that is badass.  Ak just got some in silver and we definitely need a pic of how sweet her kicks look on her as well!

Just Call Me Henley Harry

One area of fashion that could use a huge overhaul is nursing wear for new moms. It’s all either extremely expensive or extremely fugly. So, I’ve set out to locate regular clothing that is nursing friendly. One style that seems to be working great for me so far is a henley style top.  The buttons allow for easy access (haha) and I seem to be able to find these at local inexpensive retailers so I’m not shelling out my child’s college fund for mommy’s wardrobe.

I’d love suggestions from any of you would have been creative on this front with your wardrobe. What worked for you?
