Gingham: Its Not Just For Picnics Anymore…

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed, but gingham print is a big trend for this spring. I’ve always found myself gravitating towards this print, even if it does make me feel like a picnic blanket or a country bumpkin sometimes.  Either way, I am all over this trend.

These are the latest things I’ve been crushing on lately.  What are you crushing on lately?

  1. Elastic Espadrilles, Boden-I could not love this color more.  The price on the other hand, I could do without that.
  2. Jewelled Button Cardigan, Boden-I love me a good cardigan and this just snazzes things up a bit.
  3. Sky Drops Earrings, Anthropologie-I helped throw a baby shower over the weekend and this was the hostess gift I got. I am in absolute love with these earrings.
  4. Coptic Cross Bracelet, Sundance Catalog-I saw a bracelet similar to this on the BonBon Rose Girls site and have yet to stop thinking about it.  This is the closest I’ve come to finding something like it.
  5. Mossimo Ownah Striped Espadrilles, Target-I actually purchased these since it’s already getting summer-like here .  I plan on wearing the hell out of them this spring/summer.

Sock Hop

Oh the Memories!

When I think memory foam, I think my bed. Well, this memory foam is for another set of pillows if ya know what I’m sayin. Who the hell knew they made memory foam bras? Um, not me. Until recently, I was wearing the standard mattress and box springs I guess. This bra provides that same fluffy weightless feeling for the ladies and gimmick or not… I LIKE it.

Holy Cowl

A cowl neckline is somewhat of a classic that’s been around for ages, but it seems to be stepping it up to center stage because I’m spotting a cowl every which way I look. I’m a fan and being universally flattering and feminine, you should be too. Although I am not ashamed to admit that as a child when my mother said cowl neck sweater I totally thought she said cow neck sweater. I never wanted a cow neck, so I wouldn’t dare wear whatever the hell she was talking about. I’ve learned me a few things since then.
