Our dear little friend Court will be attending a beachside wedding this summer and that got me to day dreaming of what I would wear to such an event. Well, here is it folks. I would keep it simple in an airy knit dress and go really snazzy on my accessories.
What I am about to show you may just blow your mind because it did mine. Everything I ever thought I knew about a fanny pack is now over, long gone, dunzo…. I mean, does it get any cuter than this?
Suave Professionals Dry Shampoo is a new product and looked interesting, so I bought it. I tried it on my grease ball second day hair and ran screaming into my guest room to tell Melis: IT WORKS! IT SMELLS GREAT (much much better than Treseme)! IT’S $3! We had thought it was too good to be true, but no. And you would think I would have more cool things going on than to be super pumped about a hair product, but also no.
I’ve made it pretty clear in the past that my top choice of animal is a weiner dog. I own three and while they drive me to the brink of my sanity almost daily and my mother is convinced that since the baby came that I don’t love them, I do love them. See Mom, if I didn’t love them they would be dead by now. Dead because I would have killed them with my bare hands.
My love is so deep that it wasn’t enough to have 3 of those fools running around like they own the place and a weiner dog themed baby nursery… I need my son to be loaded up with weiner dog gear too. Here are some super adorable finds, whether you are a weiner lover or not. Feel better now, Mom?
I hear my son is a spitting image of his father constantly and that may be true and all, but I will tell you one thing he did inherit from me (besides his current double chin) is his bootay. I can’t help but giggle whenever I catch a glimpse of it. On a hunt for lighter weight/short sleeved PJs for my little man, I purchased these from my local Wally World and OMG the baby butt in these is just too cute for words. See for yourself:
These are super duper adorable on, perfect for spring and summer and best of all… CHEAP! So, when he outgrows these in a nanosecond I won’t be crying any tears in my beer.
Somehow while I was a beached whale of a pregger on my couch, Court coined a new term: Derlounge. It was basically a lot of what I did at the end of my pregnancy… derlounge around the house. We still use that term on a daily basis in our conversations. I thought of that verb when I contemplated buying this skirt in all colors because I could totally see myself derlounging in it all summer long.
Whilst browsing Victoria Secret online recently, I have run across all of these UBER cute things! And these things are not bras nor undergarments, as much as I’m sure my husband wishes they were. Check it out. Now if only I could look like those models while wearing these items….
I have not hidden the fact that I love a good tshirt and it’s the daily uniform around here these days. I specifically love one with subtle differences from your regular ol’ crew neck. These fit the bill and are on my spring must have STAT list.
In all my interwebs scouring, I have run across this striped blazer several times and each time I think I NEED it. Too bad it’s not in stores or I would already OWN it. I’m thinking it’s time I bite the bullet and ORDER it.
